Dianne Fleming - Office Manager/Management Representative

Dianne has a predominantly administration background both in Legal and Human Resource sectors. She is responsible for all Quality Management systems required by Lifevent Medical Ltd.

Nicole Wood - Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Nicole has an extensive background in Sales support and Customer Services. She is responsible for development of all Lifevent Medical Ltd support material.

Dr Geoffrey Shaw - MBChB, FANZCA, FJFICM: Inventor

Dr Shaw is currently an Intensive Care Specialist at Christchurch Public Hospital in Christchurch. He has been the primary driver behind the design of all the medical devices held within LifeVent Ltd and will continue to serve in this capacity. His outside interests include astronomy and physics. Geoff is also a passionate tutor and advisor in a number of research projects being undertaken at the hospital and Canterbury University.

He presently is the chairman of 5 local companies, chairman of the Otago Rescue Helicopter Trust and an advisor to a number of businesses and organisations.

Lawrence has been involved in business and development consulting for a number of years. He has a particular interest in companies developing innovative product and services capable of being developed on an international scale. In addition to LifeVent, Lawrence holds interests in a solid fertiliser company and a Bioactive health ingredients company.

Alan McConnon

Allan is an Executive Director of Aorangi Laboratories Limited, a family-owned investment company, with a diverse portfolio including venture capital activities. His background is predominantly in FMCG businesses, having a lengthy career covering information technology, marketing, export and general management. This career was predominantly with Mainland Products Limited and the NZ Milk (Australasia) business and involved growing a small Dunedin based cheese business to become the largest consumer foods food group in Australasia.

Ray Parker B.Com, C.A.

Ray runs his own private Management and Investment Company based in Dunedin and holds directorships on a number of companies. His business interests include various New Zealand property investments, Australian and New Zealand based Food Businesses and a South Island based Dairy Farm Management Company.

Les Wilson

Les is the owner of Wilson Holdings Limited, which holds interests in a number of companies and investments. These include: transport, tyre importation, saw milling, mineral water and fruit juice production, property, venture capital, heating and engineering and project design companies.
